Blue mold - caused primarily by Penicillium expansum.
Mucor rot - caused by Mucor piriformis.
Grey mold - caused by Botrytis cinerea

Bitter rot - caused by Colletotrichum spp.
Pinpoint scab - caused by Venturia inaequalis.
Alternaria rot - caused by Alternaria spp.
